The Brisbane Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter, and we’re looking for passionate Chef to join our growing kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to join an iconic Perth pub as we prepare for its next era, working alongside an experienced kitchen team and helping deliver a quality food offering in a busy, energetic environment.

Key responsibilities
Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
Take ownership of your section during service
Robust leadership, communication & a can do attitude
Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Maintain excellent standards of presentation, quality and consistency
Assist with preparation, service and kitchen organisation
Maintain food safety, hygiene and WHS standards
Help create a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture
About you
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
A genuine passion for food and hospitality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pride in your work and a keen eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen
Reliable,
organised and able to stay calm under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
A desire to learn, develop and grow within a great team
