About the role

Working as part of an experienced team in a luxury menswear boutique, you will deliver highly personalised service to both established and current clients, building genuine, long-term client relationships based on trust, knowledge and exceptional service. You will style clients across suiting, tailoring, casualwear, footwear and accessories, develop a robust understanding of European collections, designers, fabrics and craftsmanship, and work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve boutique sales objectives.

Key responsibilities
Deliver highly personalised service to both established and new clients
Build genuine, long-term client relationships based on trust, knowledge and exceptional service
Style clients across suiting, tailoring, casualwear, footwear and accessories
Develop a solid understanding of European collections, designers, fabrics and craftsmanship
Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve boutique sales objectives
Assist with visual merchandising and the presentation of the store
Support day-to-day online store and e-commerce tasks
Maintain client information and CRM records with care and attention to detail
Assist with in-store events, collection launches and special client appointments

About you
Previous luxury,



premium or high-end retail sales experience
A proven ability to build strong and lasting customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to converse naturally with a diverse clientele
A broad curiosity about the world and an interest in culture, travel, design and lifestyle
A genuine interest in European fashion and emerging menswear trends
An appreciation for quality, craftsmanship and fine fabrics
Strong personal presentation and attention to detail
Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
A willingness to learn about tailoring, fabrication, fit and the heritage behind the brands we represent
Confidence assisting with basic online store and e-commerce tasks
