We are seeking an experienced childcare worker, preferably holding a Certificate 111 or above with proven skills in supervision, programing, processes and the ability to work with children who have additional needs.

Our Ermington West Service transports children from two schools across to Ermington West. Managing the combination of children from three schools requires sound judgement, the ability to follow processes and a willingness to step up into the Responsible Persons Position when needed.

JCS has two services within close proximity of each other. Both transport children and both support a number of children with varying additional needs.

We are seeking skilled personnel who understand the importance of supporting and providing a suitable OOSH setting for the children placed in our hands.





As a charity staff have access to salary sacrifice increasing your take home pay and a wellbeing day each quarter. We also are able to provide the early childhood worker education grant payment increasing your take home pay further. Uniforms are available.

Pay: $36.00 – $41.00 per hour
