Early Childhood Educator, Diploma (3 and 4 year old programs)

Full Time: 38 hours / Part time: 21 hours per week over 4 days (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)

Geelong West Kindergarten is seeking enthusiastic, nurturing educators to join our team commencing January 27, 2027. Geelong West Kindergarten is a sessional kindergarten that strives to create a strong sense of community, while creating a caring and respectful setting. Our Community Kindergarten is led by a Committee of Management and experienced Director. We are located in Geelong West and have a beautiful natural outdoor play space that is adored by the children and families. Our philosophy focuses on learning, community, play and respect.

We are seeking two Diploma trained educators to work across both 4 year old and 3 year old kinder groups. The successful candidates must hold at least a relevant ACECQA approved Certificate III in early childhood education.





The applicants will have strong collaborative skills to work with the teaching team in a learning program that fosters play based, child-led inquiries. The applicants will be passionate about early childhood education and be willing to be creative in the learning spaces. The applicants will demonstrate skills and desire to engage positively with families in a warm and friendly manner.
