Join the team in our show-stopping Hawthorn showroom and bring our customers’ dream kitchens, bathrooms and laundries to life. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll deliver first-class service by pairing deep product knowledge with tailored solutions for every customer who walks through our doors.

Please note this is a permanent part time prospect working 4 days per week (0.8FTE). Saturday work will be a regular requirement (penalty rates apply).

This role involves:
Consulting with customers to understand their needs, then recommending the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
Managing the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships — at e&s;, we create customers for life.
Staying up to date with product and systems knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
Contributing to a positive, high-performing team setting (and have some fun along the way!).
