Nova Deco is a growing painting and decorating company servicing commercial, educational and residential clients across Brisbane.

We are looking for a confident, friendly and well-presented Casual Sales & Business Development Representative to help introduce our company and services to potential clients.

This is a face-to-face role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting recent people, starting conversations and building business relationships.

What you’ll be doing:
Visiting local businesses, offices, schools, childcare centres and other potential clients with the company director
Introducing Nova Deco and our painting services
Speaking confidently and professionally with potential clients
Identifying businesses that may require painting or maintenance services
Generating leads and prospects for free quotations
Helping arrange site inspections or follow-up conversations
Representing Nova Deco in a friendly and professional manner

About you:




Excellent spoken English and communication skills
Confident approaching and speaking with new people
Friendly, outgoing and qualified
Well-presented and reliable
Sales, customer service or business development experience is an advantage, but not essential
Comfortable with face-to-face sales and introductions

Position details:
Casual position
Initially approximately 2–3 days per week
Brisbane and surrounding areas
$34–$37 per hour + super
Potential performance bonuses for successful leads/jobs
Initial short-term chance with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person
