We need someone who can turn all of that into a plan .

You’ll be the Creative Director’s right hand, turning ambitious ideas into campaigns that launch on time, on budget and without someone discovering a broken link 11 minutes after go-live.

Creative brain welcome. Operator brain essential.

What you’ll actually do
Make things happen. Take campaigns from “great idea” to “it’s live” and then work out if they actually worked.
Own the plan. One marketing calendar. Clear priorities. Everyone knowing what’s happening and when.
Be the pre-launch lead. Pricing, links, tracking, approvals. All positive? Hit the button.
Make numbers useful. Dig into campaigns, customers, ecommerce and channels. Find the interesting bits and tell us what we should do next.
Wrangle launches. Bring Brand, Content, Ecommerce,



Sales and Ops together around one plan.
Build a better marketing machine. Better briefs. Better tracking. Better reporting.

You’ll love this job if:
You like creativity AND spreadsheets.
You can look at a dashboard and find the “so what?”
You understand that marketing ultimately needs to help sell more stuff.
You can tell a senior stakeholder “not right now” without ruining their afternoon.
And you’re organised enough to keep creative people moving without dampening the creativity.
You’ll bring solid experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery or marketing management. Multi-brand, FMCG, retail or hospitality experience is a big plus.
Australia + Recent Zealand expierence? Even better.
There are no direct reports. This isn’t about building an empire. It’s about connecting the dots, clearing roadblocks and making a talented marketing team even more effective.
