We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care in Drysdale and surrounding suburbs.
The Prospect
We are looking for people who are available for weekday evening shifts.
Location: Drysdale
Shifts: Evenings 5pm - 11pm Weekdays
Start: Christmas Period
Experience: Minimum 3 years as a DSW
Training: Must have Manual Handling training and experience
Specialist Skills: Experience with behaviours of concern
Responsibilities:
Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
Cooking and cleaning
Community access and engagement
Manual handling
Medication assistance
Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
Robust understanding of person-centred care
Confident working independently and managing complex support needs
