Fashion Nails – Halls Head, operated by ART NAILS & BEAUTY, is seeking a skilled and professional Beauty Therapist to join our team.
The position is full-time, 38 hours per week, based at our Halls Head location. We are committed to providing high-quality beauty services with solid standards of hygiene, professionalism and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional beauty treatments, including facials, skin analysis and specialised skincare treatments.
Provide beauty services such as lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting and body waxing.
Provide high-quality nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures and acrylic/gel enhancements.
Conduct personalised client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
Maintain high standards of sterilisation, hygiene and workplace safety.
Manage appointments and provide professional aftercare advice to clients.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presentation at all times.
Work effectively as part of a qualified beauty team.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in beauty therapy.
Demonstrated experience and technical proficiency in skilled beauty treatments and skincare services.
Experience in nail services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel enhancements, is highly regarded.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualified attitude and strong commitment to hygiene and client care.
Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and late-night trading as required.
Remuneration and Employment
$42 per hour + Superannuation.
Full-time position – 38 hours per week.
Approximate annual earnings of $82,992 + Superannuation.
