JMA is looking for a Graduate of Architecture or Registered Architect with 5+ years of local experience and robust Vectorworks skills. You'll run projects end-to-end, including concept design, construction documentation, client/consultant/builder liaison, and site attendance during construction, with a particular focus on interior design for single dwelling projects (renovations and new builds). This role will be a full time 3 month contract, with potential extension pending performance and business requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture
Local Sydney architectural experience, ideally on single dwelling projects
Excellent knowledge of Vectorworks
Interior design experience
Experience with local DA, CDC and CC applications, and the NSW Planning Portal
Strong construction detailing skills




Solid knowledge of the National Construction Code and Australian Standards relevant to residential construction
Proven ability managing client and consultant relationships
Local architecture registration desirable but not essential
3D modelling experience is a plus
Must currently live in Sydney, Australia
