5 Rivers Bistro & Bar is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
Duties
Preparing quality espresso coffee and café beverages
Dialling in coffee and milk texturing
Basic latte art
Taking customer orders
Table service and food running
Clearing and resetting tables
Using the POS and processing payments
Maintaining a clean coffee station and front-of-house area
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Requirements
Previous commercial barista experience
Confidence using a commercial espresso machine and grinder
Strong milk-texturing skills
Café or restaurant front-of-house experience
Valuable communication and customer-service skills
Reliable,
well presented and able to work under pressure
Availability across weekdays and weekends
Barista training, strong latte-art skills and experience in a busy breakfast or brunch venue will be highly regarded.
Full time, part time and casual opportunities may be available depending on experience and availability.
