Duties and Responsibilities:
Domestic assistance: help with domestic cleaning, meal prep., laundry, etc.
Social support: assist with travel for appointments, shopping and outings.
Personal care: assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding, assistance with mobility and physical exercise, etc.
Medication prompting and supervision.
Companionship and dementia care.

Selection Criteria:
Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent, or working towards it.
First Aid Certification (Required).
National Police Certificate (Required).
Multilingual capabilities preferred.
Driver Licence with Car (Required).
Smartphone with Internet Access (Required).
Evidence of COVID19 vaccination.

Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent communication skills in customer service.
Ability to fulfil our standards and values when performing their tasks.
Have an eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.




Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly.
Can work autonomously and as part of a small team.
Must be adaptable with hours.
Previous experience as a support worker in the Age Care/Community Sector is preferable - not essential.
