About the role:
Please note, the position is a start time of 5am and weekend availability a must

We are looking for a member to join our team as a ovens operator in a part time role with the option of full time for the right candidate.

No commercial bakery experience is necessary, but experience in a commercial cookery setting is preferred.

You will be trained in cooking of breads and pastry

Principal Responsibility:

General cleaning duties

Slashing bread loaves and working with racks and a loader of deck ovens

Cooking of breads and pastry lines

Goods received and stock rotation

Possess a level of fitness enabling you to lift and work on your feet in accordance with OH & S guidelines.





A full commitment to food safety procedures and have good attention to detail.

Maintaining a clean working environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and prioritise tasks
