Motel Manager Couple

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Motel Manager Couple to jointly oversee the day-to-day operations of our motel. The successful couple will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring the smooth and effective running of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the motel, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests and respond promptly to enquiries and complaints.
Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations, including allocating cleaning duties, checking rooms, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security throughout the property.
Manage stock, supplies, linen, guest amenities, and general motel inventory.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs as required.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Assist with administration, bookings,



reporting, and general operational duties.
Provide daily operational updates and reports to the General Manager, including occupancy, housekeeping, maintenance, guest matters, and any issues requiring attention.
Communicate promptly with the General Manager regarding operational issues, guest concerns, maintenance requirements, or staffing needs.
Work collaboratively as a couple to ensure reliable, consistent, and efficient motel operations.

Previous motel or hospitality management experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, reliability, organisational skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
