Registered Nurse –Forest Hill

Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking to provide high-quality, person-centred care in the community? We’re looking for a dedicated nurse to join our supportive team and provide care to clients in the Forest Hill area.

What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients in their homes and the community.
Conduct clinical assessments and monitor clients’ health and wellbeing.
Support clients with ongoing health conditions and other healthcare needs.
Provide general nursing care, including wound care where required.
Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and clinical status as required.
Support clients to maintain their health, dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and care records.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other members of the care team.

What We’re Looking For
Current Registered Nurse (RN)



registration with AHPRA.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Relevant clinical nursing experience, preferably in community, disability, aged care, or a similar setting.
Solid clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
A compassionate, reliable, and qualified approach to client care.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader care team.
Willingness and ability to travel to Forest Hill

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
AHPRA registration (Preferred)
