We are seeking an experienced, caring Female Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred support to clients in the Warrnambool area, with a robust focus on community access and active participation.This role involves supporting clients to get out and about in the local community — attending activities, social outings, and sports. A solid understanding and knowledge of sports including tennis and golf is highly valued, as you’ll encourage and assist clients to participate, enjoy recreation, and build confidence in these activities.Candidates with an Australian background are preferred — this supports robust understanding of local community life, shared experiences, and care approaches that align with our clients’ needs and daily context. Key Requirements
Female — to match client comfort and personal care preferences (genuine occupational requirement)
Demonstrated experience in disability support, NDIS, or aged care — with a caring, thoughtful approach




Robust focus on community access — proven experience supporting clients to engage with public spaces, activities, and local services
Good knowledge of sports — specifically tennis and golf — understanding of rules, etiquette, how to participate, and how to support others to join in
Excellent communication & understanding — able to connect genuinely, listen well, and adapt support to each person
Reliable travel arrangements to work across Warrnambool and surrounding areas
Current clear checks: Police Check / Working with Children Check / NDIS Worker Screening Check
Relevant certifications and up-to-date compliance documentation
