Cook duties:
Examine food to ensure quality
Prepare meat by cutting them into pieces and vegetables by washing and cutting
Cook/fry meat, seafood, and vegetables
Season food
Portion food, plating and add sauces and garnishes
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Manage prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
