ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers — both male and female — to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex physical disability needs.
You will be working with NDIS participants across home and community settings. Shifts are available 7 days a week across morning and evening — no overnight shifts.
SHIFT AVAILABILITY
Morning shifts - 2hrs
Evening shifts - 2hrs
Shifts run 7 days a week — no overnight shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Medication administration and management - Eye drops
Community access and social participation
General household tasks as required
Accurate documentation and progress notes
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Experience with medication administration
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Robust communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred support
REMUNERATION
Paid in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award 2010. Casual loading applies. Classification is determined by qualifications and experience.

Pay: From $36.23 per hour
