We are seeking reliable and compassionate Disability Support Workers to support a participant in Dubbo. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants are strongly encouraged to apply, in line with the participant’s preference for culturally appropriate support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support in accordance with the participant’s support plan.
Assist with daily living activities and community participation.
Promote independence, dignity and choice.
Build a respectful and trusting relationship with the participant.
Essential Requirements
Current driver’s licence.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Robust communication skills and a reliable approach to work.
Commitment to providing culturally respectful support.
Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded.
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
