We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function across MAP Coffee and Buccheri Speciality Food.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage the detail while also providing management with clear financial information and insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day finance function, including AP, AR, banking and reconciliations
Oversee invoicing, payments, collections and supplier accounts
Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial forecasting
Prepare monthly management reports and financial analysis
Monitor business performance, margins, costs and key financial KPIs
Manage month-end and year-end processes
Ensure accurate financial records and solid financial controls
Coordinate BAS, GST, payroll and statutory compliance as required
Manage and maintain financial data within the ERP system
Work closely with management to identify prospects to improve profitability and efficiency
Support business planning and commercial decision-making
Lead and improve finance processes and systems
About You
Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar role
Strong understanding of accounting and financial management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid attention to detail with a commercial mindset
Solid ERP system experience
Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Experience in wholesale, distribution, coffee, food or FMCG is highly regarded
