Tian38 is an award-winning Singaporean-Chinese restaurant at 350 Flinders Lane, recognised with numberous Victorian awards . We're looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our kitchen team with details.
Proven experience as a wok chef or similar role in a high-volume Asian or Chinese restaurant kitchen
Solid knife skills and wok technique, with the ability to work quick under pressure
Understanding of Singaporean, Malaysian, or Cantonese cuisine highly regarded
Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work evenings and weekend
