Basilica Open Kitchen in the heart of Perth CBD is looking for an experienced and reliable barista/all rounder and Chef to join our team.
Barista/ All Rounder
We are seeking someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, enjoys working with customers, and can thrive in a quick-paced cafe environment.
About the role:
Monday to Friday, no weekend work
Early morning starts
Approximately 35 hours work per week for the right person
Mix of barista and front counter/customer service duties
Preparing quality coffee efficiently during busy periods
Taking orders, serving customers and handling POS
About you
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Confident working in a fast paced environment
Robust coffee-making skills and attention to quality
Friendly, reliable and customer- focused
Good communication and teamwork skills
Cook/ Chef
We are seeking someone experienced to take responsibility for the day to day kitchen operations in our cafe.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage kitchen operations efficiently and develop/maintain a suitable cafe menu. Catering experience is highly regarded. Hours and pay negotiable for the right person.
