Health Bazaar is looking for a friendly, reliable and outgoing Retail Sales Assistant to join our shopping centre kiosk.
We sell a range of specialty foods, including honey, tea, nuts, olives, cheese, dips, herbs and spices.
Being comfortable talking to people is essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys starting conversations, welcoming customers and helping them choose products.
About the role
Your duties will include:
Greeting customers and actively engaging with people visiting the kiosk
Talking customers through our products and offering tastings
Making product recommendations and encouraging sales
Processing payments accurately
Restocking products and keeping displays attractive and organised
Maintaining a clean workspace and following food hygiene procedures
Assisting with opening and closing the kiosk as required
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
Is confident,
approachable and comfortable starting conversations
Enjoys customer service and selling products
Has a positive attitude and takes initiative
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work independently and as part of a team
Is willing to learn about our products
Previous sales, retail or customer service experience is preferred. Product training will be provided.
