We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Laundromat Attendant who takes pride in their work and understands the value they bring to the business. This is a hands-on, active role suited for someone who enjoys early mornings, physical work, and being part of a small but efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive between two locations to collect used spa towels
Load towels into commercial laundry machines
Accurately measure and apply different laundry products at various stages of the wash process
Monitor the laundering cycle and adjust as necessary to ensure high-quality results
While machines are running, fold and roll clean towels for delivery
Ensure timely and hygienic handling of laundry
Maintain a clean and organised workspace (laundromat)
Represent the business professionally at all times
Requirements:
Solid attention to detail – essential for correctly using laundry products and ensuring high cleaning standards
Valid driver’s license (van is supplied for use during shift - left at Unley location)
Current police check
Must be semi-fit and energetic – physical work involved
Must have full Australian working rights
Excellent English literacy (written and verbal)
Presentable and qualified appearance
Able to work independently but part of a duo (rotating roster)
Manage time efficiently
Must be punctual and committed
