We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Events Assistant to help us deliver beautiful parties, weddings and celebrations across Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys events, styling, working with people and seeing a venue transform from an empty space into a finished event.

What you’ll be doing

● Helping load and unload event décor and equipment

● Setting up backdrops, plinths, tables, props, signage, flowers and other décor

● Assisting with balloon garlands and event styling

● Helping with décor placement

● Packing down events and returning equipment safely

● Keeping equipment clean, organised and ready for the next event

● Working alongside our event stylist/team to ensure everything looks great

● Assisting with deliveries and collections

● Representing the business professionally at event venues

What we’re looking for

● Reliable and punctual

● Physically capable of lifting and moving event equipment

● Valuable attention to detail

● Practical, hands-on attitude

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment





● Friendly and professional with clients and venue staff

● Available on weekends - Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days

● Must have a driver’s licence and be comfortable driving a van

● Previous events or styling experience is helpful but not essential

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is willing to learn and can be trusted to get the job done.
