We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Female Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred care and support to clients in the Sunbury and surrounding areas.This role focuses on building trust, delivering consistent high-quality care, and supporting clients with daily living, social activities, and personal needs—so explicit communication and robust rapport-building are essential.We are looking for someone who is dependable, available for regular shifts, and committed to understanding and meeting each client’s unique care needs. Candidates with an Australian background are preferred, as this often supports better familiarity with local care practices, cultural context, and community expectations—all qualified applicants are warmly encouraged to apply.
Pay: $40.18 – $55.25 per hour
