Café All-Rounder – Kitchen, Coffee & Front of House

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic all-rounder to join our small café team!

We are looking for someone who can confidently help across kitchen, coffee and front of house. You don’t need to be an expert at everything — the most significant things are a positive attitude, being quick on your feet, and being willing to help wherever needed.

The ideal person will:
Have café or hospitality experience
Be comfortable working across kitchen, coffee and FOH
Work quickly and efficiently
Have a friendly and positive attitude
Be reliable and responsible
Be able to work well in a small team
Have valuable communication and customer service skills

We are a small team,



so everyone plays an key role in keeping the café running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is proactive and doesn’t mind jumping in to help with different tasks.

Pay rate and hours are negotiable depending on your experience and availability.

Pay: $26.44 – $42.43 per hour
