Key responsibilities
Provide clinical assessment and medication management
Support residents and their families with a caring, reliable approach
Work adaptable AM, PM, night and weekend shifts
Participate in casual shifts, block bookings and contract opportunities with established aged care providers
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
At least six months of Australian aged care experience
Current National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
Current CPR certificate
Australian working rights
Robust clinical assessment, medication management and communication skills
