We are seeking a FEMALE disability support worker to join our growing team in Toowoomba.

The successful applicant will be supporting some clients who are minimally verbal clients and must be patient attentive and able to understand and respond to individual communication
Providing person centred care and support to clients with their daily needs and communication
Assisting clients with community access, including outings and activities
Accompanying clients to Medical and another appointments
Supporting clients to maintain their existing levels of independence and daily living skills,
Encouraging participants in meaningful activities in the community
Following individual support plans and maintaining qualified boundaries ensuring clients are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion,
Maintaining accurate records and communicating any concerns appropriately
Candidates MUST have a fully insured vehicle
Must have at least 12 months support experience

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.55 – $36.81 per hour
