Evolution Air Conditioning & Mechanical is a Sydney based HVAC company. Specialising in commercial projects, medical, hospitality fit outs and servicing all aspects of mechanical services.

We are seeking a sheet metal worker/ HVAC duct installer to join our experienced & energetic team. At Evolution Air, we pride ourselves on a high standard of work ethic and quality execution. This role provides the right candidate the chance to grow & learn within a supportive team setting.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience on either commercial or industrial projects
Experience in sheet metal work, duct joinery and other metal works
Skills in the assembly & installation of sheet metal & flexible duct, fire dampers, air handling equipment, grilles & diffusers would be highly advantageous
Ability to read & interpret drawings
Working at Heights and EWP preferred but not essential
Ability to work autonomously,



and cohesively in a team environment
Solid time management and prioritisation skills
Great customer service and communication skills.

Strong listening skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Be prepared to work additional hours when required.
Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle
