About the role

On The Border is an established, independently owned Cali-Mex Social House in Mindarie, known for bold food, excellent energy and a seriously busy service. We're building the kitchen team to grow with us, looking for talented chefs and cooks across multiple levels who want more than just their next kitchen job, we want people who are excited by the opportunity to develop, step up and potentially grow into future roles as our brand expands.

Key responsibilities
Work in a busy commercial kitchen environment
Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation

Provide menu input for senior team members

Experience in Mexican, Californian or high-volume casual dining is a bonus, but strong kitchen fundamentals and the right attitude matter more
