Mobile Experts is looking for experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technicians & Sales Consultants to join our teams at Marion and Tea Tree Plaza.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' mobile phone repair experience
Confident repairing iPhone, Samsung and tablets
Solid sales, upselling and customer service skills
Previous retail experience preferred
Available Thursday nights and weekends
Must have valid Australian work rights

Main Responsibilities:
Mobile phone and tablet repairs
Diagnose faults and provide repair solutions
Assist customers with products and repairs
Upsell accessories, protection and repair services
Process payments and customer enquiries
Work towards sales and repair targets
