We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team on a subcontractor basis.
This role would suit an experienced Support Coordinator who is confident working independently, managing a caseload and coordinating supports for NDIS participants.
The role
Tuesday to Friday
8:00am – 4:00pm
$75 per hour
Subcontractor position
Work from home
Manage an allocated NDIS caseload
Coordinate with participants, families, providers and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate case notes and participant records
Previous Astalty experience required
About you
You will have:
Minimum 12 months Support Coordination experience
Strong knowledge of the NDIS
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous Astalty experience
Current Blue Card
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Yellow Card
Current Police Check
Current Australian driver's licence
Reliable vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance
Your own laptop and mobile phone
Your own Qualified Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
