Eccoci is seeking an experienced Chef with valuable experience with Brunch & Italian food, to join our team in our restaurant located in Burnside Village, SA 5066. This is a full time role, offering flexible hours to the right candidate.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a range of brunch and classic Italian items to a consistently high standard
Ensuring all food is presented beautifully and in line with Eccoci brand and quality standards
Effectively managing the kitchen workflow and maintaining a well-organised, clean and safe working environment
Collaborating with the wider team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our customers
Adhering to all food safety and health regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Brunch & Italian Chef, ideally in a rapid-paced restaurant workplace
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of a wide range of breakfast and brunch dishes
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service
Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations
