Worx Safety helps businesses across Australia simplify workplace safety management. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Account Executive who can win current business and build lasting customer relationships, ideally with a background in safety, compliance or job management SaaS.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, from inbound enquiries and outbound prospecting through to discovery, demonstrations and close. Working directly with business owners and operational teams, you’ll deliver tailored demos in person and by video, while collaborating with our marketing and customer service teams to create a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver demonstrations in person and by video
Run discovery calls focused on customer challenges
Keep your CRM organised and follow through on opportunities
Work collaboratively with marketing and customer service teams

About you
Experience selling B2B software or services,



ideally SaaS in safety, compliance or job management
Turn inbound enquiries into qualified prospects through prompt, thoughtful follow-up
Can develop outbound sales strategies, prospect confidently and build your own pipeline
Can run discovery calls and coordinate or deliver in-person and video demos focused on customer challenges
Keep Zoho CRM organised and follow through on prospects
Enjoy working with business owners and operational teams
Work collaboratively with internal marketing and customer service teams
Established in your sales career with strong sales fundamentals and proven ability to win business

This role would suit someone established in their sales career who wants room to make an impact. Experience in workplace safety or a related field would be valuable, but strong sales fundamentals matter most.
