A long standing in-home aged care provider that focuses on supporting the multicultural ageing and elderly has had a growth spurt and is now seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join the team.

About the role

The responsibilities of this role will include:
The end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Payroll
People and Culture daily generalist support.
Manage all HR related documents.
Review and follow all HR policies and procedures.
Enhance workforce capability, values and culture by developing talent management systems and strategies.
Work with all teams to ensure the right staff are in the right roles to support the execution of MCWA's three year strategic plan.
Develop and implement HR strategies that supports key business drivers and enables business improvement initiatives that are relevant to the current legislations and organisational strategies.
Analyse and provide solutions for training.
Develop skills matrix, and implement and supervise career development strategies.

About you
Must have payroll experience (employment hero payroll or similar)




You are passionate about organisational design and human resources
You have Human Resources qualifications
You are driven by HR related practices, including industrial relations, legal compliance, policies and procedures, employee relations etc
You are experienced in interpreting Award and Fair Work regulations
You are results oriented and committed to delivering agreed goals
You hold excellent time management skills
You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
