Job Description

Allambi Care is seeking a Youth Support Worker for Intensive Therapeutic Care in the Newcastle/Lake Macquarie/Hunter/Central Coast region. You will provide direct care in homes, schools, hospitals and community settings, following structured routines to support youth wellbeing and development.

The role offers part time and casual options with paid induction and ongoing mentoring. A CHC Diploma pathway is available, and staff are supported through progression and a robust educational framework
