Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leaders and managers to deliver strategic and operational HR advice.
Coach and support leadership on people management and employment legislation compliance.
Promote employee engagement, talent development, and organisational culture.
Ensure HR processes align with business objectives and adhere to compliance standards.
Support all stages of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and offboarding.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner within a skilled services or similar corporate environment.
Deep knowledge of employee relations and case management.
Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms.
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities.
Ability to work independently while forging strong collaborative relationships.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner role.
Other Requirements:
Immediate availability or short-notice to commence work.
Ability to commit to a 6-month contract with potential for extension.
Reside in Australia or have existing legal working rights.
