Job Description

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer based in Australia to provide expert support to our global customers, with emphasis on Korean-speaking clients in the JAPAC region. You will troubleshoot issues, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to knowledge articles and training.

You will engage with product and engineering teams to resolve escalations, learn recent technologies, and help customers maximize the Falcon platform across security product offerings.
