DSC Personnel is currently seeking a Fabricator for a manufacturing company based in Wetherill Park.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded and confident working with metal fabrication. Qualified tradesmen are welcome, however, skilled and experienced non-qualified candidates will also be considered.
About the Role
You will be responsible for general fabrication duties, including:
Cutting and preparing metal
MIG welding
Drilling and bolting
Drilling and riveting
Working from direct instructions, drawings and sketches
General assembly and fabrication work
Aluminium welding - bonus, but not essential
Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintaining a clean and safe work area

About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in metal fabrication or a similar hands-on role
MIG welding experience




Ability to read and work from basic drawings and sketches
Positive understanding of measuring, cutting, drilling and assembly
Ability to work independently from instructions
Solid attention to detail and quality
Good attitude and willingness to learn

Qualified Fabricators / Boilermakers are encouraged to apply, however, experienced and skilled non-qualified candidates are also welcome.
