Sonova Group's Neurosensory clinic in Pymble, Sydney, is seeking a friendly Client Care Representative to welcome clients and support the hearing health journey. This permanent part time role offers training and a path to grow with a growing team.

You will manage appointments, greet clients, handle inquiries, and assist with billing and basic device servicing, contributing to a smooth clinic operation with excellent client experiences.
