Your responsibilities will include:
Refreshing and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
Making beds, replacing linen, and cleaning bathrooms
Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly
Meeting productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Working collaboratively with your team to deliver excellent results

As a Public Area Cleaner, you'll help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel's shared spaces.

Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and maintaining public areas, restrooms, and common spaces
Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Restocking amenities, linen, and cleaning supplies
Assisting with conference and meeting room setups
Following workplace health and safety procedures




Providing friendly and professional guest service

What We're Looking For

We're seeking team members who are dependable, motivated, and take pride in delivering high standards.

To be successful, you'll have:
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays
Robust attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
A positive, professional attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid working rights in Australia
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided)
