Job Description

Uprety Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Community Registered Nurse for permanent part time roles across Lake Macquarie and Newcastle. You will visit clients at home, assess nursing needs, and develop and review individualized care plans while delivering care within your scope of practice.

You will balance direct client care with clinical documentation, assessment reports, and follow-up, coordinating with administration and other healthcare specialists.
