We're looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations.

We're open to all experience levels , from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.
What you'll be doing: n
n
Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
n
Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
n
Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
n
Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
n
Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
n
Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
n
Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
n
Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape
n
What we're looking for: nn
SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
n
Robust understanding of Australian Payroll requirements, including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
n
Experience working on payroll implementations or support
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Relevant tertiary qualification
n
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
n
