Job Description

Bunnings is looking for a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock in a busy specialist area. You will lead 20+ team members, train and develop staff, and ensure the Best Experience for customers by showcasing the Widest Range and Best Prices.

You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, with weekend rosters and some public holiday work required. A solid emphasis on safety, team engagement, and KPI tracking is key to success.
