We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

General building maintenance and handyman repairs
n
n
Preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
n
n
Basic carpentry, repairs and minor building works
n
n
Setting up and packing down for school events and functions
n
n




Coordinating contractors and monitoring works on site
n
n
Maintaining a safe, clean and well-presented workplace
n
n
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements

Qualifications:

Previous Facility Management experience in school sector
n
n
Good communication and time management skills
n
n
Reliable, dedicated, and passionate in promoting a positive work culture.
