We are currently seeking to employ a full-time Order Picker to work at our beautiful nurseries at Dural & Arcadia.
n
What you need to bring to the role:
n
Demonstrate a positive attitude
n
Ability to apply WHS principles in the workforce
n
Demonstrated basic level of understanding of horticulture or willingness to learn
n
Ability to work in the excellent outdoors
n
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 kilos
n
A current driver’s licence is a must
n
About this role:
n
Accurately pick plants and nursery products according to customer orders and dispatch schedules.
n
Inspect plants to ensure quality, health, and presentation standards are met before dispatch.
n
Label, sort, and prepare orders for transport and customer collection.
n
Securely pack plants to minimise damage during transportation.
n
Verify order quantities, plant varieties, and customer requirements.
n
Work in beautiful and green outdoor sites
n
Receive support and mentoring from experienced industry leaders
n
Ongoing training and career progression available for the right candidate
