Job Description

St Jude’s Health Care Group is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to develop and oversee a resident-focused Lifestyle program that reflects individual preferences and abilities. The role involves mentoring staff and delivering programs that foster social activity and emotional connection for residents.

The successful candidate will liaise with health specialists and family members, build rapport with clients, and ensure plans align with policy and risk management.
