With continued growth and ongoing projects, they are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to support both month-end and a major uplift in governance, policies and finance processes.

This is a hands-on role with genuine variety. Ideal for someone who enjoys improving how things are done, leveraging technology/AI, and partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries.

The Role n
n

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will focus on:

n

n
Driving governance and policy uplift across the finance function
n
Process documentation, standardization and streamlining (leveraging tools/AI where appropriate)
n




Supporting month-end close activities and financial reporting
n
Partnering with internal stakeholders across Australia and offshore
n
Building a foundation for a longer-term pathway into finance partnering
n

Your Background n
n

To be considered for this Financial Accountant role, you will have the following skills and attributes:

n

n
Immediately available with full time working rights (short notice periods can also be considered for the right candidate)
n
Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply
n
Strong and confident communication skills
n
Prior experience within healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or a similar setting is highly regarded
n
Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
