Advocate for clients and negotiate with insurers, assessors and suppliers
n
Interpret policy wordings and assess coverage
n
Maintain robust client relationships and provide regular claims updates
n
Manage claims reviews, reporting and compliance requirements
n
About you nn
Strong experience within General Insurance Claims
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Confident managing claims independently and resolving complex issues
n
Broad knowledge of commercial insurance products
